By accessing or using Ozus Search,Ozus Tacos,Ozus ERP, Ozus CRM, Ozus Browser (the "Service"), operated by VniVid Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Ozus Search is a search engine that allows users to search for information, websites, images, videos, and other content available on the internet. The Service provides search results based on algorithms and indexing processes.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VniVid Technologies, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED  FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VniVid Technologies and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

**10. Termination**

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

**11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution**

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nagpur,Maharashtra,India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nagpur/Maharashtra/India. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

**12. Changes to These Terms**

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

**13. Entire Agreement**

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and VniVid Technologies regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
